Awaiting response from customer service

These chairs are easy to assemble and appear to be very sturdy. However, the reason for the one star is that the chairs arrived with a broken chair leg. I have contacted customer service for a replacement part and still have not received a response. I will update this review and rating later based on interaction with the support team.

Not the best quality and poor workmanship

The chairs were not quality checked. The first box (2) of chairs had gauges in the legs along with holes for pegs. A few dents and unfinished spots (particularly on the back of the chair back). The finish was rough and the wood had not been sanded smooth so the finish would not stick to those areas leaving chairs with uneven stains/color and finish. I called customer service and they sent me another box and it wasn't much better. In the end I left them but I would say that the quality is quite…

Not an easy installation. On the smaller side.

I think these are normal chairs so far. I'm a bit disappointed that they are so small. They weren't easy to assemble. The corners are tight and the pilot holes are not drilled through the bottom. I also didn't like that there weren't any holes to attach the crossbars to the legs of the chairs. The color of the chair is beautiful and they are serving a good purpose at the moment. I'm a little mad at myself for spending $85 on two because I don't think they're worth $40 each. I would not…

Nice heavy solid wood chair but the support legs were problematic.

The chair is relatively easy to assemble, the screws fit well. I like to sit on a solid wood chair and I love this one. However, the support legs that connect the front and rear legs of the chair are not fixed and can be moved after the chair is assembled. Additionally, the support legs were supposed to provide 2 legs for the right side and 2 legs for the left side, but I ended up with 3 legs for the left side and 1 leg for the right side. This requires some improvisation whether the chair has…

Reasonable Price - Dining Room Furniture

Bought two sets or four chairs. They feel solid and are easy to assemble. My only complaint is that they could be firmer. He "gives" or moves a little when sitting in a chair and moving. I tried to tighten everything as tight as possible and that didn't seem to make any difference, made it tighter. Also, a chair has a slightly higher leg, which doesn't make it sit perfectly straight, maybe 1/8 inch. I tried taking it apart and putting it back together but it still didn't fit properly; a small…

Bad Experience

First I assembled the Winsome Wood table. No problem. But these chairs are disappointing. Assembling the chair is a bit awkward as the screw holes close on one piece (e.g. the seat on the backrest or the leg on the set) or something. It would be easier if the hex wrench had a hex ball on both the short end and the other end so both ends would work, especially in tight spots. That was the least of my worries. There were no problems assembling the first chair. But SECOND! I spent a good deal of…
