I like paper - Paper and paper crafts

I like this paper very much. I've included these two images to show what the stripes and blending look like. Generally, if you slowly add a layer of markers and soak the ink, they blend beautifully. However, if you want a different finish, you can choose a different technique. All in all I think for the money this is a good start for those who like to draw.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Exchange possible

Good paper but a bit thin.

Good paper but thin. A little thicker. Make sure you use some sort of barrier under the paper you are working on as it will seep through the back onto the artboard. However, highlight colors don't blend together unless you want them to. That's the most important. They go very well together. I would buy this paper again.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Nothing

Blood permeable as stated!

This paper matched the advert and was not translucent when using markers. The paper is smooth and easy to color. The only wish is that the paper is thicker or stiffer. As it is, it is like drawing on printer paper. Not a complaint, just a personal preference. When choosing paper for my final drawings, I usually choose Strathmore Bristol or Marker because they have a more reliable composition. The thickness of the paper also makes it easy to frame finished artwork.

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • Can't remember

Real Impenetrable Paper with Copic Sketch Markers

All I can say is WOW! Got this for my daughter who used Paris #234 paper for her Copic markers but it was translucent. We received this Winsor & Impervious Newton marker paper from Revain today. She opened it, took out five different kinds of purple pencils, and stuck them thick on the front page. Then she turned to the next page. NO translucent. We both said "Wow!" She also said that the colors on this Winsor & Newton paper look more vibrant and are more pleasant to work with.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • High Price

TERRIBLE WITH BRANDS EXCEPT W&N!

• To be honest I must first say I don't use W&N markers • This paper is terrible. It's confusing at first as the cover and back makes it look like you're using that side of the paper, but the markers leave horrible streaks and no fade, and also 1 shot, no layers at all as you only use your previous one lift color. It looks and feels like the ink doesn't soak in, but actually stays on the paper and never dries. Applying a second coat even after 24 hours just removed the original color from the…

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Unbelievable price
