Description of πŸ§ͺ Optimized Performance Assessment for Winters Stainless Pressure Internal Components: Precision Testing, Measurement, Inspection, and Pressure & Vacuum Assessment

Brass wetted parts for measuring non-corrosive liquid and gas pressure. Circular dial is filled with glycerin and enclosed in a stainless steel 304 case for corrosion resistance. Measures pressure with single (psi) or dual scale (psi/kPa)/(psi/bar)/(Hg. vacuum/kPa)/(Hg. vacuum/bar). Display accuracy is + or - 2.5% of full scale value for the 1.5" (40 mm) and 2" (50 mm) gauges, and + or - 1.5% of full scale value for the 2.5" (63 mm) and 4" (100 mm) gauges. Lower mount or center back male connection with 1/8", 1/4", or 1/2" NPT rate with restricted orifice.

Used 20 months and still working despite harsh salt environment

The pressure gauge that came with my pool filter corroded and failed in just one season. I bought a similar sensor and it only lasted one season. My decision to pay a little more and upgrade to this "PFQ Series 304 Stainless Steel Liquid Filled Single Dial Gauge with Brass Internals” was definitely the right one. I expect this to last a few more years before being constantly exposed to salt and hard water, but saved me the expense of buying multiple low quality sensors in the same period. If…

I have a 100 psi gauge that worked in my favor.

I ordered a 60psi gauge to use as a replacement for my house plumbing and although the box was labeled 0-60psi it had a 0-100psi gauge. square inch. This turned out to be lucky because the water pressure in my house turned out to be 86psi, which is probably why my previous cheap 60psi plastic pressure gauge wasn't working. I also discovered that I had a faulty water pressure regulator as adjusting it had no effect on the pressure gauge (but opening the faucet had an immediate effect). So for…

I bought it to serve as a pressure gauge on the off-road tire air duct manifold. In use, the manometer is held at an angle of approximately 30 degrees. At this angle, the meniscus of the glycerin bladder is directly over the tire pressure range I will be using and is interfering with the gauge reading. Pros: - Great quality. Feels heavy in hand. Threads are clean and well formed. The stainless steel frame is very good. It has a brass relief pin on top that can be pulled out to equalize pressure
