OK, but not quite right.

These lugs may be suitable for light load applications, but the crimping area is quite small and the surface area for size 5/16 lugs is extremely small.

  • Great for me

Works great in the ring

I have used them in my golf car to be able to wire things to the battery and it makes it very easy. They hold the cable tight and are great for connecting to the battery. 10/10 recommend.

Pros
  • Handy thing
Cons
  • crumpled

Not copper is good for rings

This is a complete prop, these are not tinned copper tips. It's cheap crappy aluminum. They flexed with little effort and I shaved off a few of them to make sure they were actually aluminum. And that wasn't a mix-up, copper was also indicated on the body.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Without machine gun

Poor design - terminals

Job done but I wasn't impressed with the quality. The pouring left holes in the top of the barrels that could pose a safety or short circuit hazard. These holes also make it almost impossible to seal the joint with shrink wrap.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Not sure

The compartments in the suitcase are too small.

Not easy to close once opened due to small compartments in each size. With the lid open, they cross at the slightest movement. Now you need to test each one before using it. Enlarge the case bays and you're good to go.

Suitable for Powerstroke alternator output cable 01-03

The end of the connector on the output wire on my 2001 Powerstroke Generator has burned out. They match the wire perfectly. To attach them you will need a heavy duty crimping tool. For these terminals, I recommend the EZRED B7946 crimp cable, which is made in the USA. Long-handled Chinese ratchets do not provide a sufficiently strong connection.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Other interesting options are available.

Medium quality. Not great not terrible

It's not junk. They are real tinned copper. They work fine. But they're not as heavy as premium brands like Temco, Ancor, and Selterm. They also don't have raised holes, making it harder to insert strands into them. Do not use them with Wirefy's own crimping tools (and fix the B1 die). When I tried it I was able to manually pull out the terminal. I have had the best results with the best crimper. I wouldn't recommend it for mission critical projects (nautical etc) but it's fine for hobbyist…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • weak

Passed the test well

I bought these because I recently bought a Wirefy interchangeable jaw crimping machine. I wasn't disappointed either. I didn't want to spend a lot of time on this test, but I put one of the 10 AWG terminals in a record and the crimp was so good it should have been in a textbook. I tested the tablet's strength by pulling on the terminal with pliers. I'm a handsome 300-pound ex-powerlifter. That terminal didn't go anywhere. I pulled the extra wire out of my sleeve before giving up. They help to…

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Good quality, confusing product numbers

These are good quality ferrules. But please reconsider how you named the products, it's very confusing. For example, the product is SC10-6 for 8Ga, 1/4 inch hole. I already had a pneumatic crimping tool. If using one of these tools, make sure you insert the ring into the tool so that it flattens parallel to the plane of the hole. Ring. Rotating it 90 degrees creates a square that isn't as strong, and whatever you screw it into won't sit flat. I was too high in the tool with the ring so could…
