works great with this case. I mostly use the included vent but the suction nozzle hasn't fallen off yet so both work well. A little harder to find a magnet 🧲 than those cheap $3 freebies, but once you've got it, it sticks pretty well. The button is tilted slightly upwards. I don't like fiddling with the cable. It would be nice if the magnet was a little stronger.

I got this for my iPhone XS. The magnet sticks very well to the metal ring that I bought separately. I have very VERY stiff suspension on my truck so you can feel EVERY bump in the road. , my phone has only been dropped once and that was when I hit a very large pothole. I would 100% recommend this not only to anyone with a MagSafe compatible phone, but to anyone with any other wireless phone. Top up if you have a MagSafe compatible case/ring!

One of the most skeptical people was surprised at how well it worked. Holds my phone vertically or sideways and locks it in place by tightening the plastic nut. The magnet is strong and my phone doesn't fall or move when hitting bumps. This thing doesn't even charge my phone. The phone says it's charging, but even with the screen off and a 20w plug, my phone runs out of power when plugged into this thing. With Spotify and Waze running I lose about 20% per hour when plugged into my charger. It's terrible. I wouldn't recommend this mount, especially for a car. There are two reasons for this: 1. The ball mount part on the side of the phone is not built into the large flat part that the phone touches. It's held in place by a small screw in the plastic that snapped off before I could tighten the ball clamp on the first try. 2.
