The best headset I have ever bought and the best customer service yet

I received my headset, the first one had charging problems so the seller immediately sent a new replacement. Now it works perfectly, I like it, I can't get enough of it. So light and easy to use, so much better than any Plantronics I've had before, the Plantronics are just too heavy for your ear and head in comparison.

  • Elegant design

Totally recommended, it's worth the price!

Once you get used to wearing the headset, it's just great. It has good volume and fits well overall. Be careful when removing it, if not carefully removed it will pull on your hair and tangle (severely). The supplied additional handset did not fit and fell out of my ears. The battery doesn't last as long as I was hoping, so after a few calls it returns to the charger briefly. In general, I can no longer imagine my work without this headset.

Easy to set up and good sound quality

I spend a lot of time on WebX calls practicing or teaching while on the phone. I need my hands free on the keyboard to take notes and hear clearly even with background noise, e.g. B. when other employees are on the phone or the office machines are running. The headset worked great out of the box. The included instructions for connecting the cables and setting up the phone were very easy to follow and I was up and running within minutes.

Great headset for work!

Bought for my office phone because I'm tired of the cords. I've been looking for months and finally made the jump to the more expensive ones with this one and I couldn't be happier! Mine is connected to the Mitel Phone 8568 and I have no problems. I'm still learning this and I'm sure there's a lot you can do, but I haven't figured it out yet and I'm glad to know! Would recommend to anyone looking to ditch their wired headset. .Super easy and quick to install!

Popular with employees - Headsets

Bought for a public library. One of our staff asked him to rest her sore neck as she often shuffles books and other things while answering the phone. Now even employees with healthy necks want to use it because it makes them more productive. It was cabled to work with our Polycom VVX 410 VOIP phones and it works very well. The functions are intuitive and everything is quickly understood. The range in our building is about 75 feet with clear sound. I hope the battery life stays long.

Great headset as long as you don't stray too far from the base

The seller gets 5 stars because they shipped quickly and the item arrived as described. The guide lacked help setting up a headset for the Polycom VVX601 phone, but it worked in the end. (I had to contact our phone service provider (Nextiva) to adjust the settings on their side to have the phone retain the Jabra EHS settings.) Hearing clarity is excellent, especially when I'm in my home office. Sometimes people on the other end of the line say my audio is distorted, especially when I'm outside…

Charging stopped after 6 months

It started with the headset not answering calls. So we disconnected and reconnected, reconnected (a few times), nothing. We then turned to the instruction manual, which stated that our headset wasn't holding a charge. We docked it like we do every weekend, back to the charge light, which still flashes when the battery is low. It's had 6 months of good use and I understand things break, but that doesn't mean this thing has been thrown and abused. I was expecting to see some sort of…
