I got this because I have a Renpho digital scale that's syncs with my phone and it has been wonderful. Unfortunately the first unit I received showed an error "EEA" and it wouldn't inflate. I chatted with support and they arranged for a replacement that arrived the next day. Display backlit and easy to read. Voice will not turn off and does not speak properly. With these errors in mind it makes it hard to trust the accuracy of the readings.

The systolic regularly reads 10-30 points higher than my doctor’s and the same as at the free, self-use BP monitors in stores. I do like the Bluetooth and app to chart my data, but not trusting the systolic, I mainly look at the chart CURVES rather than values to see how I’m doing.
