This product fixed a missing hot pin issue in my Canon camera.

I have a Canon SL3 camera and couldn't get my newer Vision4 external flash to work. This product solved my problem with missing hot pins. I didn't look at the menu or other features. I just dropped my newer wireless shutter release on it and started enjoying my new chapter of photography. No more underexposed photos thanks to this small device.

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • Useless features

Huge improvements! suitable for lighting and studio

It's such an upgrade from previous generations! Battery life, group lock, cold shoe on top and focus assist all work on the Canon 80d models. I've taken over 800 shots with this trigger and not a single misfire. Tested multiple ranges from 10ft to 70ft with no issues. If you are looking for a shoe tip trigger, this is my top choice. It should be added that the trigger works great when running the H200E with the EC200 and feels very solid once everything is set up.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • No mold required

Fast, reliable and easy to use

This trigger is simply amazing. Originally I wanted to use the previous version but after my friends were much happier with this one. It's quick and easy to use. I like the physical buttons myself. The dial gives excellent feedback. I have the lights on throughout the room and while walking so the connection is reliable. I was a bit disappointed that it doesn't work with my Canon 430 ex IIIRT without a Godox receiver. From the description it sounded like this trigger would work with my flash…

Pros
  • Complete set
Cons
  • Empty

Adds flexibility to one of my setups

I bought this unit to use with my Canon 600EX-RT in combination with my eVolv 200s (Godox AD200) on my Stroboframe. Before I bought the eVolv 200s I used 2 Canon 600EX-RTs in the same way for weddings. I have an XPro transmitter and have tried using the X1R-C instead of a cable but it just seemed too awkward. Switching to the X2T allows me to use one cable and keep separate buttons for the groups that the XPro has but the X1T doesn't. The X2T also offers the ability to control power settings…

Pros
  • Built-in 2.4G wireless transmission, working distance can be up to 100 meters. Support GR group flash, max 5 groups and 32 channels.
Cons
  • Can I add something?

Really nice upgrade from x1t. READ BELOW

Using this transmitter on 2 bodies. My Canon 5dm4 and my Mamiya RB67sd with PC sync cables. I only used Godox because of its affordability compared to Profoto. I've never had a problem. Build quality is pretty good and the LCD is brighter than the x1t. There is a custom feature for shooting near the flash (which needs to be toggled in the device menu). The buttons on top are really comfortable compared to the original x1t. ALSO the fact that the buttons are on the left and not the right is…

Pros
  • Large and clear LCD panel for easy operation. Support Type-C firmware update. Versatile functions such as sync delay adjustment, wireless shutter release, zoom adjustment, C.Fn custom functions, etc.
Cons
  • There are disadvantages

Godox XPro-C Update

So glad I replaced one of my XPro triggers with an X2T! Godox took the best of the X1T-C (hot shoe mount, form factor) and all the features of the XPro and brought them to the X2T-C with some additional improvements. Time (1st photo), which requires me to trigger the camera remotely while using a Godox flash to light each person in the photo (2nd photo). I do this by attaching the camera shutter button to the side of the camera and then plugging the shutter button into the X2T hot shoe (3rd…

Pros
  • Full support for TTL autoflash, 1/8000s high-speed sync, multi-flash, manual flash, flash exposure compensation, TCM conversion function, zoom function, single and multi-shot, group modeling lamp control, group zoom, output value adjustment for all groups at once, etc.
Cons
  • Only available in black

BIG UPDATE! I wish I could give this one MORE STARS!

So I can't say enough about this new X2T trigger. I was an early adopter of Godox 2.4 compatible products and honestly LOVE them so much that I decided to migrate my entire system to them. In this case, I've always been happy with my X1T trigger, but it had a few minor flaws. This new trigger seems to have solved everything. Where I saw a direct improvement: user interface, build quality and mechanics. First UI: Godox added group buttons, and while I didn't think I really needed them, let me…
