Need more detailed instructions for use. I used Beetle's foil adhesive. One layer cures for 40 seconds, then choose the foil you want and use the matte side down (the side that touches the nail is not glossy), then press and pull, press and pull. When you remove it from your nail you will see that the product has stuck. You CANNOT rub it.
