Great flashlights, no product support

I bought these from another seller but thought it would be nice to share my experience. First of all it's good. The lights are incredibly bright, the flash patterns offer good variety, the strap length is good for a variety of uses, and all the hardware (nuts, bolts, washers) is of good quality. Then bad. My harness lands anywhere within the 18 feet they offer. Luckily I checked before installing. Initially I thought it was the switch, but after plugging in the new power switch and immediately…
