The product began to deteriorate shortly after the first year of operation. The internal control shield was the first to break after only a few years of use. Stows in a backpack on the back of the wheelchair. Less than used daily. Can't be disappointed paying less than £15. Helps you get what you paid for. The leather holds up well, as do the zippers. Finally 2020 after 3 years and I have to look for a new one.

The check book cover is made of very high quality soft leather. I liked the zipper, nothing will fall out. It would be great for those who will be carrying it in the inside pocket of a jacket. However, it is too big for my husband. He carries his checkbook in his back pocket and turns it horizontally so it doesn't slip out of his pocket. This check book cover is too big for that. Such a great article but will not work for him.

I ordered this product back in March in "Genuine Leather Zip Check Book (Black) Sold by: Menswallet" and it has me loved it! So I ordered this one as a "check book bag for women" as a replacement. It arrived broken as some of the zipper teeth were damaged and couldn't close fully. I sent it back. Not sure but it looks like the first better flash.

It's a great way to carry all those little extras you need in a world where a dead phone is practically a death sentence. I use this leather checkbook to carry around two batteries, two micro-USB cables, a Lightning cable to charge my iPhone 7, a pair of headphones, and a piece of Belkin so I can use the headset and charge my iPhone 7 at the same time may you wonder why i carry 2 batteries with me, well once people know you take care of your phone battery you better take another one with you)…

UPDATE 10/10/2019: I bought two of these and they were not the same. I still use the first one I bought but the credit card slots are torn and stretched so the cards fall out when opened and tilted down. The zipper works great and I am very happy with it. So I bought a new one to replace it and was totally dissatisfied. It looks the same, but the quality of the first is much better than the second. So much so that I sent it back. This is a well made checkbook folder. Due to the dying use of checks, there aren't many of them left. The skin is comfortable and smooth. You can fit a checkbook, register, 7 cards in card cases (and more elsewhere), cash, receipts, and a fine pen (but no loop). The flap in the middle is for your registration but can be removed.
