We like the product, however, we bought the Shacket for our daughter for Christmas and bought a medium and she needs a large. We returned it and wanted to replace it with a large and the price went up from $25.89 to $38.98. We just wanted an even exchange. Please let us know what we can do to remedy the problem. Thank you!

This flannel jacket is as described. The material isn’t very soft but I like the quality. I’m a petite person and the sleeves fit perfect. Not sure if this would be a problem for someone with longer arms.

Colors are good, overall look just ok. I put the coat on and it's thin and not soft, then I put my arms straight out and the sleeves are so short (nothing like you see in the image). Not very satisfied with the coat.

Not as long as touted, but that could be because I’m hippy and have a big butt. I’m only 5’3, but I expected it to be a bit longer. It comes to just under my booty cuff.Perfect weight for springtime when you just need a bit of protection from the elements, but not a full on coat/jacket.Way to switch it up from leggings and boots w/ a long cardigan

This is a quality piece of clothing! It is light weight but also heavier material than other shackets I have! I am very impressed with it and hope to get other colors!

Being 5'9" I get it is rare to get items that fit perfectly. I just wish for once the sleeves would cover my hands like on the model!This shacket has to go back. I could've kept it but just felt uncomfortable in it. I just can't get with the boxy fit.

Five stars. Nice long heavy weight plaid jacket. Great for the Fall and Spring weather when a heavy duty Winter coat is not needed. Comfortable and warm. Fits as expected.
