Received this scraper about a month ago and have used it several times since. That was great. The wider "teeth" don't clog as easily as the other model, so you can clean them longer. Once you have a scraper installed for your grill, it will do a good job of removing anything that gets stuck between the grates. Preferably without metal! Definitely recommend!

Update: I wanted to update my original review. After speaking to the company representatives, they gave me some additional advice on the best way to use this product, which greatly improved the cleaning quality. They are very helpful and look for feedback to improve their products which is great quality! I really wanted to like it, but unfortunately it didn't work out. It doesn't penetrate deep enough to clean the grill well enough.

Although I have not yet set it up for my grill as I have just received it and activated my lifetime warranty I can say the quality is exceptional and I register it for the guarantee was very easy. It's MUCH bigger than I expected and a lot nicer than the coarse wire brush we used. I think we'll really enjoy using this. I gave it a 5 star rating because I'm pretty good at telling what a product will be like just by its quality.

This was a gift for my husband and he loves it! He says it's durable and loves its versatility with the bottle opener. He also says it cleans well and likes that it doesn't leave a harmful residue like other scrubbers he's used. They also have great customer service! I needed help setting up a lifetime warranty and they responded quickly to set it up for me. We are very satisfied with both the scraper and the Easy Function! We highly recommend them!

Ordered in May as an alternative to "super dangerous" wire brushes! I am not very happy with this product, I accidentally forgot it over the weekend and it was raining. I really like this wooden grill scraper that was recommended to me. It doesn't have the metal bristles that I had trouble with when my old grill got damaged. This is a great alternative to scraping dirt off the grill grate. I used it for the first time tonight and it's very easy to use, it's very effective so I'm generally happy with the results.
