Product quality and materials are much better than expected. The assembly technique is very bad. There should have been a lot more screws and pre-drilled holes to hold the blocks together. We've improvised with longer screws, more holes we've drilled and some wooden dowels and aren't happy - but it's such a process. However, I'm not sure we could assemble and hang without them

Requires two people to assemble. Requires a lot of assembly. You have to insert each individual piece of wood and try to hold it together and then drill through the screws. The screws are too short and when the whole thing was finally assembled after MANY frustrating attempts, it still felt very flimsy. My son and I tried to stick it on the wall and it all fell apart into lots of pieces. DO NOT waste your time and money.

This shelf was bought together with a smaller one. When it arrived the wrong color was sent to the larger one. We contacted the company and they solved the problem without any complications. When the right one arrived we installed them and they held up perfectly. They were stuffed with fur coats last winter and seem to be holding the weight well. We've been using it for 9 months now with no problems. These are simple yet durable eye-catching hangers. Would order again in the future.
