Woodies Rose Sunglasses Polarized Lenses Review

I like their style, but two things really annoyed me when I bought it: 1) the "red" color was more of a brown with a subtle hint of red; and 2) The glasses appeared to be slightly damaged upon arrival (see image). UPDATE: Apparently they won't survive a 2 1/2 foot fall. It took a few minutes to put the lens back in place, another star down. I have a feeling that I will replace them sooner than planned. 99% of the time you get what you pay for. Every time in a blue moon you get something better than what you pay for. These sunglasses are the best I can imagine for a low price. They're durable, comfortable, and have some more subtle features that I wasn't expecting. The hinges are spring loaded so they click and stay in place. A bit big in frame but very comfortable. I find that there are many sunglasses that don't block the sunlight well, no problem with these, they are nice and dark. All things that come with the kit are very convenient. I've noticed that they give off a slight purple tinge at times, but that doesn't bother me. Travelers have returned. You're cool again. And Woody is a tough traveler. I received mine as a gift and they have quickly become my favorite color for any elegant occasion. The rosewood colored temples look great and this style can be worn with a t-shirt or tuxedo. The quality is good too. Fits well, fairly durable, and when that fails: great customer service. I was hoping these glasses would add a twist to my everyday chic. Unfortunately, for my taste, they are too far removed from everyday standards. The Woodies brand does an amazing marketing job with the premium you get in the box. It's nice to get all the little extras (right!).
