I like that it has multiple options when scheduling tasks, this makes my life easier because i can have things done in different ways depending what suits me best at any given time! The support from woodpicker isn't great either though - sometimes they won’t respond or you get replies so slow its ridiculous!! The most important thing I like about woodpeck it, that its help me track my tasks. It also helps us sharing our task among team members in different location using shared drive or cloud service.The time zone issue can be solved if we are having more than one developer working with same project at once. I like that it's simple, yet powerful enough in its featureset to be able to do almost anything you want with an issue tracker or project manager tool! It has all of my favourite things - custom fields, filters/searching capabilities etc., but also some useful extras such as time tracking & reporting functionality which are not always available elsewhere out there when looking at other toolsets e.g. JIRA / Greenhopper.
