They don't break it's amazing. Even with a powerful percussion drive spinning at full speed but not fully seated, they survive. Not once was there a single click through half a box. The color is muted and they drill decently, although I pre-drilled the holes to avoid messing with a loose screw.

They were perfect for installing shelves in my pantry. I removed my old wire shelves and used these screws to attach the new wooden shelf frames to the wall studs. The star head was great and kept the bit from slipping off and didn't let me down when I used a screwdriver to really set them into the studs and flush with the drywall. I have too much!
