For filling scratches and small imperfections on the table. Can be loosened easily and sanded well. The dark color fill added a nice contrast to the lighter coloring.

I bought a case marked Ebony but it's not Ebony, it's grey. Very disappointing as I needed this for work and had to buy a different brand. FYI, ebony isn't grey, it's black!

I have used this product to fill nail holes and voids in scrap wood. The product was easy to work with, dries quickly and is easy to sand and clean. The product arrived a day before the expected delivery date

did a great job and was very easy to use. I got it in 'Ebony' which is more of a dark gray but close enough for me. Now I want to go white for another project. So happy I bought it. Really saved me a lot of work.

As many have said yes this is not true black but true black would be awful and unrealistic. Evens out the original dark knots in the wood and then darkens with stain and top coat. I used this to highlight details and patch cracks before applying epoxy. It turned out so great. It was very easy to apply and sand. Dries out so quickly. Very impressive. I never used my clear grain filler again.
