I like how it helps to keep track of multiple projects at once, even if they are in different states or countries! It is very easy for me because all my team members were able use this software easily through our training webinar so any one can be trained from anywhere too!! The ability to manage projects, resources & tasks in one place is great! I like that it can be used for both internal or external clients/projects too - this makes life easier when you have multiple teams working together across different timezones etc (especially if your team has members from all over!). The best thing about work as team is that you can easily access all your contact information, task lists, calendar appointments, etc. from any device. It's very easy to use. I don't like how it sometimes takes a while for the app to load/refresh.
