Review on Work as Team by Leo Torres

The ability to manage projects, resources & tasks in one place is great! I like that it can be used for both internal or external clients/projects too - this makes life easier when you have multiple teams working together across different timezones etc (especially if your team has members from all over!). It's not perfect but we've got some good processes now which are easy enough even our junior staff understand them well so they don't need constant supervision anymore!! Also having an email address linked directly into my task list means there isn’t any confusion about who owns what project / work item at anytime – also saves me sending emails back-and forth with people asking questions instead of just doing things myself :).
