WorkGaps Review

I love that this app allows me to see all of my open gaps in one place, which makes it easy when recruiting new employees or hiring freelancers! It also helps keep track if you're missing any deadlines so there is no need to worry about forgetting anything important again like last time with other apps we used before (which was really bad!). I like the flexibility of the program. I have been able to work from home and take on freelance projects from home. I wish there was more flexibility with the hours I can work. I love that WorkGaps has the option to create a "gap" in my work schedule without having to take a vacation day. This has been a game changer for me. I used to dread the thought of "gapping" a day, and now it's a seamless option. I dislike that the program is not available in all states. The online platform is very easy to use, has an excellent customer service team who are always available to help in any way they can be reached via email or video call. It's also great that you can create your own profiles so if someone joins later it doesn't matter as much! If I needed some extra support with my profile creation process (I was having trouble uploading my CV) then this would have been helpful.
