The online platform is very easy to use, has an excellent customer service team who are always available to help in any way they can be reached via email or video call. It's also great that you can create your own profiles so if someone joins later it doesn't matter as much! If I needed some extra support with my profile creation process (I was having trouble uploading my CV) then this would have been helpful. As mentioned above - creating multiple user profiles is something which didn't occur at first but does now without issue. Using WGAP makes managing multiple employees extremely simple. My current problem solved by using this software is being able to easily manage all of our HR processes from one place.
