Workman Magnetic Mobile Antenna Radio Review

Well designed with metal parts and strong magnet. The antenna has an Allen key adjustment which has not been reliable and the antenna needs adjustment.

Good for easy mobile installations. Low SWR when properly installed and useful for local repeater pins. The low profile and flexible antenna make it easy to navigate over obstacles at height.

I bought this to use with the VHF 2mtr radio on my yacht. After installing a flat steel plate to put it on, it does the job perfectly. I can ping multiple repeaters from my boat on Lake Erie. I will buy another one for my truck.!

For the money this is an amazing 2m antenna with surprisingly strong magnetic attachment. And the company sent me this antenna because the first one got lost in the mail system. Good people to deal with.

I've never ordered this but I'm pretty sure the floor shouldn't look like this. I don't know if it's broken or what. Since I haven't received my connector for my radio yet, I can't say if it works. It wasn't a big package but it looked like it was vacuum packed. I don't know whether to put tape on the bottom or leave it or send it back.
