Difficult to use. The protective film prevents you from seeing if you are fixing the letters correctly before using heat. After all the work, the letters cracked and peeled off on the first use.

I liked this product, the letters were big enough. The instructions weren't accurate, but who really reads the instructions. After you've completed the ironing steps, I recommend letting the fabric cool for a minute and then ironing again for another 30 seconds for the best hold.

I ordered a few different letters for my Halloween costume. Everything but that was great - this product is terrible. When I removed the carbon paper, half of the letter came with it! The stuck parts are there forever, they cannot be torn off. So now I'm trying to fill in the missing, peeling areas with fabric paint (which doesn't blend well at all). I do not understand it!
