Great for sinuses best in floss & toothpicks

I really like them and it's better than spending an obscene amount of money on a machine that sucks water out of your nose, let alone special bags that hold a solution are for you must buy for the rest of your life. No thanks, these little parts do the job perfectly at a great price. I get a lot of pressure from them and with practice it becomes less messy. Def helped with my sinus infection. I have a different brand aerator that I bought from Revain and it works great.

Matches our request exactly Waterpik is now my preferred method of nasal irrigation

Now my preferred method of nasal irrigation. The compressed bottle method seemed outdated, the vacuum pump didn't work well. I couldn't get it to actually pump without feeling like I was choking or drowning and the capsules are expensive. It's easy to spend $5 a night on a proper conditioner. Attaching to the Waterpik system on the countertop I already had makes washing up a breeze. I use Neilmed packs and then run a tank of clean water through the system to avoid salt crystallization over…
