Great product. The cord is all nylon so you will need to use a flame to seal the frayed end when you cut it. I measured the middle of my old worn cord and bought this as it was the same size. When replacing it, I noticed that the end of my old cable, where it wasn't frayed or stretched, was about 20% larger in diameter. So measure the cord at the end and buy the right size. I use this to replace worn and broken cotton cords on my matchstick blinds. The cord is the right weight and appears to be more durable than the original cotton. The color goes beautifully with the mottled brown tones of the blinds themselves and is a nice touch.
