As soon as you switch on these lights, your room will shine. However, it was a little tedious to figure out how to connect multiple strands and line them up next to the socket. I had to remove and move them and then they wouldn't stick either. Synchronizing the strands so that the remote gave them the same color took several attempts. Otherwise the options, colors and the ability to dim the brightness are great.

We have bought several of these lights for the house and caravan (so we can find them in the dark). You have done a good job. Had one of the three we bought just stopped working. It happens. I read that some people said these fairy lights don't last long but we used them for about 100 hours with the automatic timer and they worked fine. We used them outdoors. For the holidays I used it to line the driveway and plant the beds. We stepped on them, threw snow on them, maybe even ran a tire or two over them, and they kept working.
