This shape is high quality, thick and very detailed. He looks better than the picture and is so cute. I have high expectations and this form met them in every way.

I use them to shape cold processed baby soap. These softer cream bars are very easy to pull out without deforming the bars, even though there are 6 molds in this tray.

They work well with concentrated flavored gelatin (1/4 recommended water) and the mold sits flat on the countertop. After setting for at least 4 hours, my gelatin came out easily, after pulling the edges of the mold in all directions to loosen the edges of the gelatin, then I turned the mold over and pressed the mold from below. Jumped out easily.

Bought for soap molds, not baking. I've cold processed, melted, poured and whipped soap with this mold and it's great. The animal design is deep enough to see them in the final product and the kids love them. The cavities are nice and deep too, and there is enough soap in them. They hold the heat well and the soap doesn't stick to the molds, even the opened one popped out after a day or so. They are a bit flimsy and need to be "stretched" to smooth out the filling.
