I have bought this brand before and love the pants. They fit great and had a really good cut. Now that he's in "big boy" sizing, the waist is no longer adjustable. He is a healthy, fit, active 8 year old (he is a size 8) and they have a huge waist. Really sucks, spec. since we were so happy with a back size.

I ordered a pair of gray pants, size 8, because we have them in black and we like them a lot. However, gray does not look like black. They are much smaller and not even made of fabric. The description for the gray trousers is wrong, they are 65% polyester and 35% viscose. Another issue is that the gray pants don't have adjustable waist buttons unlike the black ones, which is another reason why I chose these pants.
