Impressive tool good for material handling

This set works perfectly and I am not only very happy with the product but also with the customer service. I recently used arm lifting tools to lift a very heavy entertainment center and it worked with no issues and allowed me to place furniture stands under the cabinet as intended. Impressive tool, as I would call it!

Great product best building material

This set of 2 hand jacks can be of great help when you need to lift or hold things without having to do it by hand except to operate a tool. I was thinking of raising the fridge or washer dryer or something to adjust these adjustable feet. I'm sure there are many other uses for these things. I'm so glad I have her and highly recommend her to you!

Do not buy! The ratchet mechanism used to raise the tines binds every time a load is placed on the tines.

Tilts forward, plastic body very loose, pins tilted down and weight slips off pins. The sharp tine drop bar hits and scratches the work piece as it moves up and down. I wish the lifting motion was easier to control, it would be difficult to get the right height the first time, and the descent allows the workload to fall freely.

Return spring not working

One of these is not working. When I pull the handle to raise it does, but the return spring to raise the handle doesn't work, so next time I press the lift, nothing happens. I have to use a screwdriver to open the spring system. Once I do that I can pull the handle and it will go up. The object I'm lifting is only 70 pounds and I have one on each side so 30-40 pounds max per lift. The other seems to work fine. Very annoying.

Reasonable price…

This was a great help as I had to constantly change door hinges around the house. I can also be of help with other DIY and woodworking functions. The quality was okay for the price. I bought 2 of these. One works very well and the other needs tweaking to make it work. It works, but I have to move the base plate by hand instead of using the trigger. I needed them in a hurry to pay for the ones available every other day. If I could take my time I would probably invest in a more expensive/reliable

As much as I wish they worked unfortunately one of them didn't work properly. They were both on the same side of an average entertainment center and could raise it at the same time, however, one of them would not lower. I tried several times, but the faulty one just didn't follow along. Therefore a star. If you can't drop an object, the device is basically useless. Update: I changed my one star to five stars because XClife contacted me and immediately sent a new set for free. The new set works…

Great handy tool to always have with you

I have several handy tools at home that help me lift and hold things. However, most of them help to hold something heavy and tall. I received this kit to help lift and hold something very low off the ground. I actually have to remove the bedroom doors on my 2nd floor due to the entry angle and most large furniture can't get through without removing the door. Door.
