The concept of zero shoes is completely consistent with what I studied about health related to traditional Chinese medicine was enthusiastic. Just so everyone knows, around 2018 the company adjusted the dimensions. I recommend going half a size down from your usual size. The company says they are now true to size, but I still feel it's a little too big.
