Ultra-Lightweight Barefoot Trail Runner: Xero Shoes Women's Mesa Trail Running Shoe Review

I love these Xero shoes! So comfortable! I got half a size bigger. I use them for strength training and walking and they have exceeded my expectations! I get compliments every time I wear them.

with zero drop, deeper lugs and more durable fabric covering your feet. I won't name the brand because I'm hoarding shoes, but they're cheaper and better.

I like the shoes but be aware you may need a size up (as they mention) However I needed a whole size instead of a half size . No problem, just return and order a new pair. Received them in a few days. I love her! I will order a few more pairs.

LIGHT AND COMFORTABLE. LOTS OF SPACE FOR MY FINGERS. RECEIVED THEM TODAY, WALK 6 MILES AND THEY ARE SIMPLY PERFECT. THIS IS MY SECOND PAIR OF XERO SHOES AND I LOVE BOTH. DON'T COUNT 5000 MILES HOWEVER. THEY ONLY LASTED 3 MONTHS. XERO REPLACED THEM WITH ANOTHER PAIR AND AGAIN 3 MONTHS LATER AND NEEDED A NEW PAIR. COULD BE 1000 MILES ON THESE SOLE.

I really like these shoes but they run small so order one size up. One of the inserts does not fit. I ordered women's size 11 and the correct insole is for size 9 shoes. I contacted the company and they have not responded. Therefore 3 stars. Otherwise I would have given it a 5. I tried the hfs and didn't like it when running on tarmac because it has no grip. I was skeptical about buying a pair of shoes with minimal support. I had a knee injury a long time ago and even if I had only run half a mile I would have had a limp. I tried these shoes on the recommendation of a friend. After putting them on I can't go to trendy shoes with support that lift my heel etc. I no longer have knee problems. I used to have Xero shoes, I liked them. They lasted a decent amount of time before wearing out. It was over a year, year and a half before I needed a new pair. However, I have driven less than 1,000 miles on this pair and the tread is worn. There is no solid piece of Vibram in the heels under the cleats. When the lugs wear out, you have holes in the Vibram. A lace broke and I lace the shoes loosely, there was no tension on the strap and the pieces of fabric are starting to tear along the arch…
