Not recommended for PlayStation

Hasn't worked for a week now. I do not recommend (upgrading) I thought the controllers don't work because the system needs an upgrade, I upgraded the system and not only do they not work they also don't charge. I would get a refund if I could

Eh, maybe it's worth it, see below.

Advantages: Looks solid, very good build quality. Easy to set up like an official controller. Fits comfortably in your hand. Cons: Analog sticks only have 8 axes. This means that they are not ultimate movers at all. You can only go in the right direction plus 4 diagonals. Your unofficial controller has at least 12 minimum IX's, it even uses axes at all. So you can't do subtle twists with them at all. For me that was a problem. The options and share button are insecure and difficult to toggle…

Worked great then died with a Sony firmware update BUT xfuny worked hard to help me fix it.

OK this is quite an epic BUT in short it worked fine for two months and then started freezing every 2-5 minutes during gameplay and required a hardware reset (a tiny hole hit with paper clip). As it turns out, Sony updated their PS4 consoles in mid-March and ALL the third-party controllers stopped working (not good, Sony!). XFUNY sent me a software update but it didn't fix the problem and I was ready to give up every time after trying. I was able to find an update, but finally XFUNY is back…
