Easy to use and less sensitive to PSU noise

I tried using the HC-SR505 sensor but found it gave incorrect readings with little PSU noise. This sensor looks like a newer design and gives reliable readings. I will buy them in the future.

Constant False Alerts

Don't worry about this if your project uses WiFi as the sensor will be triggered all the time. False positives can come from the wires going to the sensor as they act like an antenna - ferrites can help but not in my case. You should mention it in the listing because Wi-Fi is widely used in IoT projects.
