Return not processed correctly

I bought these for a PC rebuild. But I had serious problems with that set of memories from the start. I had many blue screen errors all the time and never got to check windows memory. In fact, I couldn't pass a single test without crashing or restarting the computer. I was finally able to run Memtest86 from a bootable flash drive. As soon as I did that, I found that one stick was broken and the other was fine. I'm less upset with the bad memory than with the way it was handled. I tried…

  • Looking forward to it

First time using Adata storage, glad I tried them!

I decided to do a new HTPC build this year and this time also decided to try something other than Crucial/Mushkin for RAM. Based on the AM4 and A8-9600, I was really looking forward to the Ryzen APUs, but this 7th Gen A series is a pretty impressive chip on its own. This is my first build with DDR4 and it's important to note that the entire Bristol Ridge APU lineup is limited to 2400MHz RAM. Why did I choose this particular set? Firstly to avoid the flashy heatsink design that some companies…

Adata never ceases to amaze me.

Changing from DDR3 to 4 motherboard requires me to buy new RAM. My computer is probably 80% used for gaming, so I wanted the RAM dedicated to that purpose. They were recommended to me by some experts I know and I was a little surprised at their price. For what I paid the performance is definitely worth it. Combined with my Ryzen 5 1600, it's a huge leap from my previous 1333MHz DDR3 RAM. Essentially, it was like turning a biplane into a space shuttle. It's been a few months and to this day he…

Decent Ram Best in Computers & Accessories

Loved the great packaging but for the price it's better to spend a little more for faster latency. Overall a great product and has worked well for the past 2 months. Compatible with my Ryzen 5 2600 and B450 Tomahawk mobo.

Overpriced with possible problems

I could have gotten a bad set but after two years I've finally traced all the annoying problems with my computer to this component. The problem with bad RAM is that there is no real indication that they are the problem but they cause a whole bunch of annoying issues like blue screen of death (BSOD), browser tab crash, game crash, application crash, stuttering, visual disturbances and so on. The XMP profile caused a BSOD almost immediately. To make matters worse, this RAM has passed memtest86…

Very Nice Memory: Computer and Accessories

Although I could have used cheaper memory modules, I chose them because the manufacturer specifically named certain memory brands/modes that worked well with my setup. I'm glad I followed the recommendation. I ended up buying it again, so now I have 4 x 8GB memory modules. However, with my AMD Ryzen 5 3600 processor and MSI motherboard, I had to go into the advanced settings in the BIOS (actually UEFI) and make sure the overclocking features (for CUP and memory) were disabled. When I'm not…

Good Performance, Great Looks

Pros + Unique Aesthetics + 3200MHz + Works with Risecon's "Liquid" Cooling Really nothing makes this ram kit look amazing, there's absolutely no doubt about it. and for gaming or most day-to-day tasks, this RAM will work just fine. In terms of performance, however, I've had no luck overclocking this RAM on an Asus Crosshair Vi Extreme with a Ryzen 2700x. Also, the xmp profiles (docp?) keep thinking it's a 3600 kit and when I try to use those profiles it keeps trying to tune them to 3600MHz…

  • Nice
Cons
  • Infinitely Sluggish
