Inconspicuous with light and lighting accessories

My problem isn't so much with the brackets (even if the screws aren't tightened) as with the suction cups. They can't stay put in cold weather even if you wear them in warmer conditions. I tried to get some new suction cups for the mounts but ended up just installing my own "mount" using those suction cups. All in all, it's a great idea ruined by cheap production.

Not worth it: lights and lighting accessories

I like the idea but the suction cups aren't strong enough to hold the light bar in place. I don't know if it's just my lightbar because my lightbar is 31.5 and the sucker barley stays on. So now I have to pierce my car to make them stay. Also, I had to file the part you put in the bracket because the screw didn't fit. So overall I would not recommend this product.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Terrible, cheap, weak, not suitable for use

cheap braces for sure. I ended up buying three, thinking, well, if two fail, three. However, this does not work on my xprite light. I can't get it to work unless I added extension brackets which I would have to do. It doesn't make sense, I need to change this mount to make it work with my XPrite light. Waste of money, don't worry.

It could be better. But a worthy starting point!

The mounts themselves are of high quality, the only problem is in the mounting angle of the suction cup. The suction cup arch needs to be longer to position it correctly and allow all 3 suction cups to fully adhere. I disassembled the brackets and reamed the holes a bit to help. When applied in the arrived configuration, the face of your lightbar will meet the glass in front of the suction cups. It really only offers maximum support on the upper suction cups. If the arc were longer, the mount…

not ideal for SUV glass with slight curvature

I used these with an 18" LED strip on a Tucson tailgate glass - inside - and overnight the light strip fell off. 6 suction cups didn't hold. Weight, maybe due to the slight curvature of the glass. It might work better on flat glass than pickup. I also had to use a drill to open the holes wider to allow the screws to go through. Another mount. I ended up using an L bracket fitted with a light bar and screwed it into the top plastic panel. That worked much better. These suction cup mounts were…
