Looks the same as my original remote but has a few different settings and some settings are missing compared to the original. I wish the remote had a backlight and glow-in-the-dark buttons as it is difficult to use this remote in the dark.

I saw another remote that said it would work with my Vizio SB3651 surround sound system but the AV delay would not work. This one works! The menu button is in the middle instead of on the right, but that's okay. Highly recommended for Vizio remote replacement!

After my dog decided to chew/eat/bury the original remote, while it was serviceable, it was held together with tape and could only turn the soundbar off or turn the volume up or down. Couldn't control surround sound or anything like that. This remote worked perfectly right out of the box. No programming required. This is the same remote that came with the soundbar and works great!

The original remote that came with our Vizio soundbar, stepped on it or got stuck in a tight spot, something broke the LCD screen without which you can NOT do ANYTHING, because the functionality depends on the look of this LCD screen (which is a crappy design to be honest, but neither here nor there). The replacement was very cheap and worked identically to the original. thumbs up for me!

The remote control adjusts the settings. However, there are problems. The screen is so bright that I can only see it when my phone's flashlight is on. (Check the photos) It's also missing Atmos-specific settings, although it's listed as compatible with Atmos models. And there are no equalizer settings (movie, music, direct). I don't recommend this remote if you don't have access to the Smartcast app.

Including the one that came with the unit I had 4 of these in total, the last one seems to work fine. The problem that affected all the previous 3 was that they would drain the batteries even after not using them for 24-48 hours. Some have speculated that the faulty ones might have shorted out, but despite that I'm glad this one has held a charge for the past two weeks.
