Throat arrow keys on the remote don't work, the right button doesn't work at all. The whole remote stopped working after a month, even though I changed the batteries.

I always lose remote controls, so I like packaging. They don't block the keys and are easy to find. The remote itself is easy to use and works great with my 32" and 58" Vizio.

Great remote control! Much better than the idea of buying a universal remote. We had no program at all. Just pop in your triple batteries, turn on the device and boom, that's it.

Right out of the box everything worked very well and I was satisfied. Now, just two months later, the fast-forward button doesn't work more than half the time. Apparently it's already worn out and I need to replace it. At least the factory remote worked for a year before it died. Changed to one star because I contacted the company about the issue and they didn't respond. Look elsewhere for the remote control.

To be honest this remote control works better than the original that came with our Vizio TV. I use this in combination with the old one. I love that this remote has a barcode on the back so I can tell the difference between old and new. I thought my TV or remote control was broken so I ordered these but apparently I was blocking the sensor on the front of my TV. with books. Just a warning before ordering but I'm glad I ordered because if I lose one I always have another.

Worked great on my Visio TVs for about a week. Like Zoolander, neither remote is ambitious and it takes extreme pressure and the Malaysian Prime Minister to get them to move the other way. I bought two because I have a toddler who loves to play and hide the remote. Unfortunately the correct movement seems to be broken on BOTH consoles. You do NOT have this problem with the old remote control.
