XSite Fuel & Financial Manager is a PC-based software that helps Gas Stations and Convenience Stores (C&G) reconcile sales and inventory management data. XSite Fuel & Financial Manager is a software that reconciles your fuel sales to wet stock inventory levels, calculates your shift and cash totals, produces an automatic daily inventory gasoline record for tracking, retrieves tank levels automatically from your tank gauge, retrieves fuel sales and shift financial totals from the POS, reconciles shift cash totals with total sales for appropriate tracking of information, produces both fuel and cash reports for review or records, and more.

Great software with many features that help you efficiently manage your business

I like how easy it was to set up my account and get started using this product. The interface is very user friendly! It's not too complicated but also doesn't require much training to learn. There are some things we would have liked to see in the program, such as being able to print out invoices directly from the system instead of having to go back into our accounting office. We've been able to keep track of all transactions going through our station pretty easily so far. This has helped us…

  • Ease of use that allows me (a non computer person) access anywhere at any time with ease no more hours spent searching papers or trying different programs just because they were easier than others; ability manage fuel sales/invoicing /payroll etc.all within one application which makes life simple!!!!! :) Also love customer support team..they're always there if you ever encounter an issue...great response

XSite Fuel & Financial Manager - Great Product - Very Helpful Staff

I like how easy it was to use once i got used to using it. The customer service department can be kind of slow at times when you call in but overall its ok. Definitely try out their demo version before purchasing anything! Customer Service Department has been pretty good so far as well. Its very helpful being able to pull up all my receipts right away instead of having them stored somewhere else. Also they have great support if needed too which makes me feel comfortable about this product. Easy
