My order didn't include a T tool so don't be surprised if you receive your order without it. The setup didn't really bother me at first. Overall I'm enjoying the board, it's not as versatile as I'd like but I'm glad it's becoming a base to ride around which I'll add a few more boards. This is our first longboard. The big box was opened. Lol they put a piece of brown paper inside to protect the board I think. The nose was damaged / chipped, the deck is great apart from being heavier than I expected but suitable for taller riders. Often rolled Clutch tape does roll but is very sticky.
