After I installed and started the car, I couldn't turn it off. I was able to turn the key all the way and pull it out of the ignition, but the car still ran. I ended up pulling the relay to kill the car and the relay was HOT.

When I first plugged it in it was only getting 6 volts to the pump (but that's the problem I'm trying to solve) coupe days later it sends 12 volts and the machine works fine for a week. I honestly don't know if the first problem was the machine or the device. For that 4 instead of 5 stars.

I have a 1998 crv that had a car engine problem and all the lights on the dash went out without warning. It's like all power is gone. Sometimes it turns off when I'm in the park or even when I'm driving. I googled and one of the suggestions was to replace the fuel pump main relay. I tried that and luckily for me it solved the problem.

Worked fine for a few months then failed. Buy one with a longer warranty, didn't realize it was only 6 months, would have bought another one with a longer warranty - at least 18 months and there is actually one here at Revain and it's cheaper. Do yourself a favor and buy a longer warranty relay for $$.

Stay away from this Chinese junk, especially the part that controls the ignition of the engine. This garbage can kill you. I installed the relay and the car started fine as if fully compatible with the OEM part. I drove the car outside. About 5 minutes later the engine died and the MIL came on. I tried turning the ignition off but the power is still on. The relay appears to be stuck in the ON position. I have to remove the relay to turn off the power.
