This replacement soldering item was a complete disappointment. Through trial and error, I found that it was not usable and ultimately left me in a bind. It simply did not work and I was left scrambling for a new one at the last minute. The Industrial and Scientific category should offer better products than this.

Does not fit my Xytronics model. Completely different fastening system. Be sure to check the compatible model list before purchasing.

Quality soldering iron tip with an extra thin tip for soldering in hard-to-reach places or very small parts. It will last a long time if properly cared for and not overheated.
