🚤 Yamaha OEM Water Pump and Impeller Repair Kit 63D-W0078-01-00 Review

All parts fit my Yamaha F40TLRZ except the impeller itself. Impeller well #6H3-44352-00 is too big for my impeller shaft. The outer diameter of my shaft is 15.99mm. All other parts are fine.

Needless to say, Genuine Yamaha Parts are always the best. People who give less than 5 stars because they "get" the wrong parts. You ordered the wrong parts. Don't sully these details with your inability to read part numbers.

Lately I've burned myself too many times with fake, non-genuine or just plain cheap parts. A few years ago I installed an aftermarket water pump kit on my Yamaha F60 and it was probably fine, but after failing with spark plugs, alternators, batteries and other parts in other vehicles and small engines I decided to give it a go calm down and put a real Yamaha kit in your outboard motor. I'm glad I did. My engine now pumps water better than ever.

Was looking for a water pump for a 2006 Yamaha 115 outboard and was referred to this part. This is the max for a 15hp motor as it is a tiny impeller compared to what is in the bottom block of this 115hp outboard. My customer is ordering a new pump directly from a Yamaha dealer as I don't have time for him to try and save a few bucks.
