An excellent tool for consolidating expenses and invoices

I like that it's very easy to use once set up correctly (and there are lots of walkthrough videos so this isn't too difficult). It also has some good integrations into other Google products such as Drive or Calendar which can be useful in certain situations. The ability to easily import/export data between different providers would make things easier if we had more choice here but unfortunately only one provider at present; however our system admin team have been working hard over recent months

Pros
  • Integration is excellent across major platforms ee gmail calendar drive plus google now notifications.
Cons
  • Mostly okay, but...

Intuitive platform & not difficult learning curve

The ability to use multiple calendars in one view makes it easy for me. It's also fairly intuitive and doesn't take much training to learn how to navigate through all of its screens. I've only been using this program about two months, but there aren't any features that are disliked by myself or my colleagues who have used it as well. Would recommend trying out an account; it can be helpful when looking at your calendar as well as managing billing/expense reporting. As far as using the software…

Pros
  • We had trouble getting into outlook due too complex navigation methods required within their application while utilizing mobile devices so having something simple is always nice especially if you work remotely from home where most emails come via gmail email service instead than regular desktop computer system
Cons
  • Not bad
