I specifically ordered this velvet ribbon based on the color listed as gray and the picture clearly shows a darker gray which I like and need for my projects. after receiving the shipment; light silver velvet strap. much lighter than stated in the listing. disappointing.

My ribbon arrived today. I love it! The rich, dark black color is beautiful. I was worried it wouldn't be "true black" but I'm very pleasantly surprised. The tape is not a spool but twisted and wrapped in cellophane; what suits me I can't wait to use this band and I definitely plan to buy more in other colors as well. Thank you!

Never in a million years did I think I would regret not having looked at the Reviews when buying something as simple as a ribbon. Not only does the paint not look like the product photos, it also doesn't come on a roll! Once you take the tape out of the box it's just a mess. Nothing excites me more than ordering one and getting the other. Not impressed.

I don't know who dyes them but you have to look at the color wheel and get the right result! I keep this velvet ribbon because it's beautiful but it is really NOT purple - it is FUSHIA. Very bright and beautiful FUSHIA. The colors are well done - so be prepared to leave the item and get the wrong color or return it. Otherwise the velvet ribbon is beautiful, not crushed, not cut everywhere, and they give you real 10 yards Good luck!

The color in the photo was quite realistic which bothered me because I was looking for an ivory/cream colored strap and the color designation was beige. I trusted the picture and it turned out to be successful. It should be noted that the ribbon is rolled up in a flat spiral and not on a spool like in the picture which is fine but as I'm only using a small amount for my current project I need to find a way to save.
