It reads maps and behaves like a keyboard. I open notepad in windows and it scans/displays card id

spent an hour looking for software, contacted the seller and nothing! "The seller said it was just a reader" - it didn't help at all! A youtube video showed a man scanning a key fob with windows notepad lol. I felt stupid to say the least. It is great for scanning Mifare cards to get ID

Doesn't work as a reader with NFC Tools software on Windows or Linux. Error message The device is not connected or the device is not recognized.

Works for reading Mifare UID cards

Works for reading Mifare UID cards. The output format is adjustable, I had to contact the seller to get the programming software. It is easy to use and allows you to change the bit length, base and byte order.
