Better than yomikoo

Better than yomikoo. This works flawlessly on the 2nd gen rx350. plug and play Beep only when connecting and disconnecting and ending a phone call. It's not annoying at all. Best of all, music and calls are also at the SAME volume. Disturbing very loud. 20/50 volume on the stereo and full volume on the phone is comfortable to hear. Even if it might be louder. The audio is the same or better than the optional adapter I used before. Oh and skip the next one and the phone call pause and hang upโ€ฆ

Bluetooth is VERY unreliable. An annoying beep makes the product unusable.

The first connection wasn't too bad, I was satisfied with the CD quality sound. Next time I got in the car the device was connected, but about 1 minute after connecting it stopped the music with a loud and annoying double beep. The beep repeats approximately every 30 seconds and does not stop. I've found that the only way to get around this is to stop, turn the car off and start it again. Disconnecting and reconnecting the device does not help. You have to turn off the car. Even so, it onlyโ€ฆ

2004 GX470 so far so good. You have to do one thing to make it work.

2004 GX470. This incredibly reliable armored SUV was built for 12 years, but of course it lacked the electronics. Wife wanted bluetooth streaming and calls. We have a DVD package, rear entertainment and a CD changer. We don't use any of them because the kids don't have iPads. Installation went well but the instructions are unclear as they mention a switchable cable that is not stocked. We purchased the standard Y-cable listed alongside this product - 6 pin. Compatibility list needs editing

Compatibility: I ordered this for my 07 SC430 as it was listed under the compatible models. After digging around the dash, I found that the SC connector is much larger than intended. This put me off a bit, but I also have another car that is on the compatible car list. I removed the stereo from my 07 GX470 and found the correct cables were included. Functionality: After connecting the device with the included cable and Y-splitter, everything improved. The GX uses an external CD/DVD changer andโ€ฆ
