All in all they are great phones. It's the entry-level model, but it has more features than you'll ever need and it's an excellent phone at an exceptional price.

This phone was a great new step up for our small duty office. We used to use mobile phones through phone.com. We connected the phone and worked very quickly. Also got a great follow up from the company.

We use JIVE as our VOIP provider. These phones work great in the system. Nothing said it didn't come with an AC adapter until I asked. we ordered them separately. still great value as opposed to ordering from JIVE 3 minute install! I understand the warranty is hard to come by as you often go to MFGs in Asia but for $55 they work and sound GREAT!

It's very basic but has all the features I need to use 3CX. We have several of them and none of them are having problems at the moment. I note that they do not come with any power device. This is normal as a USB cable option is available, or just use a PoE injector/switch. I recommend them regularly and will buy more in the future if the need arises.

Great phone for the price. Maybe it's too early to comment but I've been using it for 3 days and I'm very satisfied. I intend to try more. I use it with ringcentral and it works like a charm. I always check the 1 star review before buying and all 1 stars are due to the fact that they didn't have a power adapter at all, but I had one in the box. I'm glad I made the right decision.

These phones were purchased to be set up with the 3CX phone system and yes they do NOT have a power cord as they are POE which means they are powered by your network switch If you don't understand the concept then this isn't the phone for you. No problems with the first two I bought and I have another order for 4. I have bought this model and others from other sellers in the past with no problems. I've looked at others including Polycom, Grandstream and Cisco, don't let the price fool you…

I've only played with Polycom phones and this Yealink is just as good if not better in terms of ease of setup of this web manager affects . It also has great sound quality and the speakerphone is *very* loud. So far, so good. If you're reading this, don't be surprised by the fact that it doesn't come with a power adapter. It uses a standard 5V, 1 amp power supply and its 5.5mm jack, (+) inside, (-) outside. There are also 5.5mm USB jacks so you can make good use of your old cubic iPhone charger
