This office phone didn't meet my expectations of what a high-end electronic device should offer. The sound quality was subpar, making phone conversations difficult to understand. One benefit was its sleek and modern design, but that doesn't make up for its lacking performance. Save yourself the hassle and invest in a different electronic phone option.

I spent two hours with my technician and another hour and 15 minutes with a Vonage technician. Looks like a Ring Central phone that was used. Wasted time and money!

I love this phone but it died in less than 2 years. The internet port is dead. it doesn't light up on the switch and it doesn't get an IP from the router. The phone turns on fine, but without the IP it's a door jam.
