Amazing Teams-Compatible Phone

This phone is a gem! As a result of my tests, I determined that it's highly compatible with Teams and perfect for business use. The setup was a breeze with its intuitive interface and it features crystal clear audio quality. However, the only downside is the price point which may be a little steep for small businesses. Nonetheless, its features make it an indispensable tool for highly efficient communication.

Pros
  • Seamlessly integrates with Microsoft Teams, offering easy and efficient communication and collaboration
Cons
  • Lacks compatibility with other communication platforms, limiting potential use for users who do not exclusively use Microsoft Teams

Works well with Microsoft Teams.

I bought this phone to work with our Microsoft teams. I plugged it in and it started right away. My accountant logged in and the phone worked straight away. I will buy more of these phones.

Pros
  • 7 inch 1024 x 600 capacitive adjustable touchscreen
Cons
  • change

The firmware is not as reliable as I would like

The current Teams firmware is not suitable for everyday business use. From time to time calls get dropped when you answer a call. The same user using their desktop and the Teams app with a headset has no problem. Luckily, these phones were bought to have a "physical phone" for incoming security calls, which rarely happens unless the alarm goes off.

Pros
  • Integrated WLAN (Skype for Business)
Cons
  • High price
